Double-toothed roll crusher is equipped with two toothed rolls, and the toothed roll surface is divided into large (small) wolf teeth, special teeth for cutting coke, annular teeth, straight teeth, large plate teeth, etc. It is suitable for the finished product size requirement of 10-300mm, and the requirement of medium or coarse crushing occasions with fewer powders and more particles. Such as limestone, silicon metal, basalt, construction waste (concrete), quicklime, coal, coke, clay, chemical raw materials. It can be widely used in mining, thermoelectricity, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other industries, and is characterized by low maintenance cost, no requirement for water, reliable performance, small power consumption, less dust, low noise and so on.
According to the user requirements are divided into triangle belt and coupling drive (hard link) two ways. This equipment can be changed to diesel engine or gasoline engine as power in case of no electricity in the mine.
Double Tooth Roller Crusher working principle
Double-tooth roll crusher utilizes two wear-resistant crushing rolls, which rotate relative to each other to generate high squeezing force to crush the materials. After the materials enter the gap between the two tooth rolls (V-shaped crushing chamber), they are subjected to squeezing force and shear force by the relative rotation of the two tooth rolls, and then under the squeezing, shearing and grinding, the materials are crushed into the required size and then discharged by the discharge port.
